About me
Most project managers translate between engineering and business. I've been on both sides of that table, writing full-stack code across iOS, Android, and web SaaS for 6+ years before stepping fully into project leadership.
That means I catch scope risks before the team does, I know when an engineering estimate is optimistic, and I can run a sprint without losing sight of the user.
I've led eKYC platforms, supply chain automation, fraud prevention systems, and mobile apps, always cross-functional, always end-to-end, always shipping.

Led the end-to-end redesign of fraud prevention workflows at Truegenics. Built in-house automation to flag mass-purchase behaviours, restrict resale abuse, and enforce buyer bans. Average chargeback transactions reduced by 12.35% compared to before the anti-chargeback feature was implemented.
Identified a high-friction ops bottleneck: manual classification of supply chain emails by product, reorder, and billing status. Designed and built an automated classification system, cutting overhead across multiple departments.
Wore both the Product Manager and Project Manager hat simultaneously across 3 live products at Trunk Tech, covering iOS, Android, and 4 web SaaS platforms. Responsible for the full product lifecycle: user research, feature prioritisation, roadmapping, sprint planning, engineering coordination, QA, and release. Built and maintained products from the ground up, growing a combined user base of 18,000+. Acting as the bridge between business objectives and engineering execution, this role demanded the structured rigour of project delivery alongside the strategic thinking of a product owner.
Spearheaded the digital transformation of a legacy KYC process into a full Regtech eKYC system, integrating compliance, identity verification, and document management. Minimised paperwork and errors while dramatically improving onboarding speed.
